Is Betnovate Effective To Treat Dry Penis Foreskin?

Hi, I have had this problem two years ago. My foreskin on my penis became too dry and when I pulled it down, it cracked. I went to see a doctor and he gave me a cream. Now I have the same problem and Im not sure if the cream he gave me was Betnovate 1/mg/g. I have it at home but not sure if that is the right one. Is this cream used to treat such problems?
