Is Biofreeze Advisable To Alleviate Pain In The Back After A Fall?

I had a fall playing Pickleball resulting in a fractured wrist presently in a cast. I landed on my back and the pain is excruciating . X-rays were negative. I have been given a sample Biofreeze by a friend. On leaving the hospital I was given pain medication(addictive). I will be trying the sample that I was given. Your thoughts on my situation.

Hello,

Yes, you may use it but in case while applying you observe any rash or abnormal cooling feeling means you have to consult your physician immediately he will examine and treat you accordingly.
