Is Bontress Hair Lotion Or Bontress Hair Serum Advisable For Hair Fall?

I m suffering from hair loss from last 2 years,, the doctor suggested me to use morr-12.5% , and bontress hair serum. I m using it from 6 months... I checked on internet that shows benefits of bontress hair LOTION ! while I m using bontress hair SERUM!! are the both same??? and if not which one is better to prevent hair loss as well in growing new hairs back!! Please help me doctor!!
