Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... i had csection with my first baby.now i am pregnant.My doctor asked me to go for csection again.She didnt want to wait ...39th week itself she wants fix the date for csection.what should i do?

Hi,
If the indication for the cesarean section earlier is a non-recurrent one, and if there is enough gap of at least two years between the two deliveries, then you can ask for a trial vaginal labor provided there is no specific contra-indication in the present pregnancy as per the judgement of your consultant. It is not mandatory to go for a repeat surgery every time, though after two cesarean sections, chances of vaginal birth in the next pregnancy get lower. Hope your query has been answered.
