Is Candizole V An Effective Antiseptic To Treat Acne?

Hi there. I have acne and I tried almost every cream in the market that they say works like majic but still my face is not nice at all. I got an advice from a nurse online saying that I must try the viginale cream as it is anti-septic. I bought CANDIZOLE V and want to know if really is anti-septic? Thanks
