Is Canthopexy Recommended Having Undergone An Eye Bag Surgery?

Dear Sirs,

I have eyebag surgery about 15 years ago. Now I realised my right eye is bigger than my left. I think I m showing more eye white in my right eye (something to do with the lower right eyelid...drooping a bit ??) Oh dear, reminds me of Michael jackson eyes...Help, what can I do ? Canthopexy ? Is Canthopexy reversible ? Will it change the shape of my eye ?

What you need to have is a careful assessment of your situation to plan surgery in a manner that there is minimal residual difference.Eye surgeon and plastic surgeon have to plan a proper approach.
