Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.

* As per my clinical experience, the caro white cream is used for
alteration in the melanin pigmentation of the epidermis and
subcutaneous tissues.

* Apart from mild itching or rash development in some cases, there are
no long terms side effects involving the use of the same and hence
you can use it for a prescribed period of time under medical
supervision.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards.
