Is Celestamine Safe For Use On Children?

My 8 year old daughter has severe eczema since 5 months old. , I have tried everything. she becomes immune to topical and oral medications very quickly. A friend from Venezuela gave us a bottle of Celestamine .25mg. My daughter finally had completely clear skin for once in her life. But it didnt last. None of the medicines I gave her previous to the Celestamine cleared her up as much as this. Is that medicine dangerous for her to use on a consistant basis?.
