I understand your concern
Clomiphene citrate is induce the ovulation and assist in conceiving.
It should be used for the 4-5 cycle under the advice of the gynecologist.
USG scan, reproductive hormone analysis and
ovarian follicle study will help in the diagnosis.
Progesterone pill in the second half of the period is also helpful.
Take
folic acid tablet.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
I advice to to consult the Gastroenterologist for better evaluation and undergo following investigation:
Stool microscopy and culture
Blood tests: Full blood examination, LFT, ESR, and
serological testing for coeliac disease
Abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy to rule out the ulcer and
colonoscopy.
Hydrogen breath testing to rule out
malabsorption.
Doctor will give following advises:
Take solubel fiber like ispagula husk. if not responds then laxative like sorbitol and lactulose will help
Avoid spicy diet , take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Anti diarrheal: loperamide.
SSRIs and atypical anti psychotic:fluoxentine, clozapine.
anti spasmodic like mebeverine and dicyclomine
Sporolac sachet
Avoid stress and do regualr exercise like walking and yoga.
