USG scan, reproductive hormone analysis and ovarian follicle study will help in the diagnosis. Progesterone pill in the second half of the period is also helpful. Take folic acid tablet. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise. I advice to to consult the Gastroenterologist for better evaluation and undergo following investigation: Stool microscopy and culture Blood tests: Full blood examination, LFT, ESR, and serological testing for coeliac disease Abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy to rule out the ulcer and colonoscopy.
