Is Cetrizine, Dolo 650, Or Combiflam Suitable For Sinus Headache Relief?

Hello Doctor....2 days back i had viral fever and throat ache...today no fever but there is a headache ...as if there is mucus on my head...i think sinus headache...when I move my head it pains very badly....so just wanted to know which medicines i can take at night to get relief from headache sinuses and throat ache... Cetrizine, Dolo 650 or Combiflam????
