Is Cilostazol Recommended Despite BP, Decreased Red And White Cells With Platelets?

I am 79 and have MDS. No problem yet and no medication. I am taking cilostazol 100mg twice a day for my vascular problems. I saw the side effects on google. changes in blood pressure. which happend decrease in red cells white cells and platelets...hello running eyes and sticky eyes in the morning. I am have a running nose and am so tired.Should I take this medication?
