General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the diarrhea occurs due to diet (such as mango or other foods) , then the use of antibiotics is not needed.
Diarrhea is also a possible side effect of ciprofloxacin though it only occurs in 2% of adults who use the medication (2 out of 100 adults)

You can consider discontinuing the antibiotic after speaking to your doctor unless a specific bacteria has been identified that requires this medication.

Probiotics may help with the resolution of the diarrhea.

I hope this helps
