hi my son of 6 has eczema , and has been scratching, very allergic to animals. he was outside where a dog was and his ankle is swollen , this has happened a few times. turns into a bad infection, can he take clindamycin. for this and how much does he need, he weighs 41 lbs

As per your history is concerned if you suspect it as eczema use this steroid plus antibiotics cream AFDERM-MX cream regularly 2 times a day .Thanks
