General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
1.The withdrawal bleeding starts within 8-10 days after the last pill of course. 2. Clomid is an ovulation stimulator and while taking it, chances of twin pregnancy is increased so if you are willing for twins. You can try taking it, after your periods dose to be decided by your treating gynecologist. 3. I will not recommend pregnancy (that too twin pregnancy having more chance of distended abdomen) after recent LSCS as it is not proper to expose the stitches to stretching after distended abdomen in pregnancy (likely to be more problematic with twin pregnancy).
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
