Is Colimex Better Than Colicaid For Children?

Hi I am using colicaid about once in day n once in night with 8 drops for my 3 weeks baby as he is having excess gas. He pushes gas from mouth and is not having proper sleep due to this. I was told that coilmex is better to than colicaid. Can I now shift the medicine? Please suggest.
