Is Combiflam Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi, my wife has got some infection due to hcg injection, swelling on hip which is too painful, doctor have given clavm 625 and emanzen forte but the pain is acute, she cries a lot. She is 10 week pregnant now, just want to know can i give her combiflam for pain, I heard it has ibrufen which is harmful in pregnancy, please suggest

Thank you for sharing your query on Healthcaremagic, I have carefully worked through your case and you are right Combiflan can produce undesirable side effects ( active ingredients Paracetamol and Ibuprofen ) that drug has an special precautions use in pregnancy and lactation you should not give to her due the risk and future complications but I suggest to take acetaminophen ( Tylenol ) I hope that my advice has been helpful, take care
