Hello dear
Understand your concern
You can use confido but it is not permanent solution. It will useful if you have low testosterone and low sperm count, as it is herbal medicine having androgenic property. You can take as maintenance therapy after treatment.
First you have to find the cause of premature ejaculation. Following are the causes: stress. anxiety, obesity, hypertension and its medication, low testosterone, spinal injury, diabetes, orchitis, fatigue, enlarged prostate.
Consult the urologist and get the done following investigations: lipid profile, blood sugar, CBC, ESR, Color doppler of penile area, PSA, testosterone, seminal analysis.
Doctor give you following advice:
Engage more in foreplay before sexual intercourse, use double condom/condom with lidocaine jelly. do masturbation before sex, use start and stop technique, squeeze technique of sex, be relax while doing sex, use women on top position, pelvic exercise, hold urine before urination,
Start exercise like walking and medication in the morning for 45-60 minutes, stop alcohol and smoking, take healthy diet rich in protein, antioxidant rich items like almonds fresh fruits and tablet Co Q, if above advice will not work take sildenafil plus paroxentine 30 minutes before sex after proper evaluation, and if low testosterone found you can use confido after consulting urologist.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
