Is Cortisone The Right Medicine For Swelling In The Foreskin?

Hello, a few nights ago I tried masturbating with Vaseline, and afterwards I didn t adequately remove all of it from my penis. The next morning my foreskin swelled tremendously and over the last two days urinating has become difficult and painful. A small bump has appeared on the tip of my penis. I ve been using Cortizone-10 to reduce the swelling on the foreskin, but what can I do about the head of the penis and the stinging sensation when I urinate?

Hello,

I think you might have injured or got an infection in head of penis while masturbation. So better to consult a doctor and get done clinical examination of your penis.

Also, get done urine report to rule out infection. Better not to use Cortisol cream as it is steroid and steroid may flare up infection. You may need painkillers, anti inflammatory and antibiotic drugs. Avoid harsh and excessive masturbation in future.
