Is Cytotec Effective In Termination Of Pregnancy?

I was found out, that I missed my period date and just 2 days after my regular circle, I got the urine test done and came out to be positive with 2 and half weeks of pregnancy. Then I took two pills of cytotec under my tongue. Two hours later, I started cramping and bled for for a few hours with 3 blood clots. They weren t that big in size but I did bleed enough for a few hours. It s been 3-4 days since I took cytotec and I m not bleeding anymore. I got the ultra sound done the next day I took cytotec. And the Doctor couldn t confirm my pregnancy so he advised me to the beta hcg done and I got it done the same day I got the ultra sound which means one day after I took the pills. And that came out to be positive. Now I want to be sure if the abortion did take place completely or incompletely or not at all? Or should I get the aspiration done? And how long should I wait to confirm the abortion took place completely? Please help. I m still having little cramps but no bleeding. Maybe tiny particles which can barely be seen without focus.
