Is D&C The Only Option For No Fetal Pole During Ultrasound?

i am 26 age in first pregnancy it was twins at the ninth month one baby died from my abdomen suddenly Cesarian done after 14 days second baby also died i wait till 1 and half years for next pregnancy now i am pregnant in 11 week when ultrasound take doctor told me no fetal pol seen want d and c what can i do?

Hello, u understand your anxiety but d&c is the only option now so go for it and from next time visit a good gynecologist as soon as you have a positive pregnancy test
