Is DVT In Calf After Anterior Spinal Fusion Normal?

i am 6 weeks post op from an anterior spinal fusion. I now have a DVT in my left calf (this is the 2nd one in 6 years) Even the top of my foot hurts! Im on Coumadin and have given my self Lovenox! When can i expect the pain to go away? It's not as bad as it was but the top of my foot doesnt feel right! Please help me!
