Is Daflon The Right Medicine For Hemorrhoids?

Hello. I got hemorrhoid in the past 4 months. I took daflon and antibiotics. But weeks after it developed into Anal Fistula. So i have this for 4 months now. For those months i never ejaculate only until ending of the 4th month. Now, my semen is few amd it has something pus in it.

Hello,

Haemorrhoids and anal fistula are not causing problems with semen unless underlying semen infection has been set.

Should get a semen analysis and culture to determine the right diagnosis and the most appropriate treatment.

Furthermore, an abdominal ultrasound should be run to check your urogenital tract.

Increase fluids intake especially plain water with oral rehydration salts. Daflon is the right medicine for haemorrhoids, but should also make some changes in your diet with more fluids and fibre to ease bowel movements.
