Is Derma Roller Effective In Removing Marks On Legs Due To Wrong Medication?

I have number of marks in my legs as a result of wrong medecine I took recently! Can I use Derma Roller to remove them or this is specifically on the face?



I have wrincles and poar on my face, what type of cream should I use to reduce or eliminate them?
