Is Deviry 10mg The Right Medicine For PCOS?

Hi, i am having pcos and I am 25, I missed my periods from last 2 months, hence my Dr suggested me to take deviry 10 mg, five tablets every night for 5 days, it s been 6 days that I have finished taking 5 tablets as per the advise, still no sign of periods nor bleeding. I was told by the doctor to reduce around 10 kgs, so that the periods cycle will be regular. When will I get my periods, I mean after how many days of consumption of the tablet do I get my period..

Hi,
Thanks for the query, I understand your concern.
Deviary 10 mg is a hormonal preparation & it was given to you for starting the missed period for last two months.
You have already finished the advised dose of the pills6 days back.
The bleeding after the pills occurs within 8-10 days of stopping the pills.
You should wait patiently for the periods, for it is expected anytime in next 5 days.
