Is Dicloflex Tablets Causing Nausea, Stomach Cramps And Backache?

i have been given Dicloflex tablets to take to help ease my sprained wrist. However i have been taking 2 every 4 hours like i would any other pain killer for the past few days. Last night i became ill: feeling nauseous, stomach cramps, back ache etc. does this have anything to do with the tablets im taking?
