Is Diffuse Cerebral Atrophy Curable?

My father is suffering from a continuous headache just behind his right ear. He has also some speaking disorder that means his words are not very clear. He has been asked for MRI by a neurologist and the MRI report shows that he has Diffuse Cerebral atrophy, Bilateral maxillary sinusitis and Bilateral mastoiditis. He has also hear loss in his both ear. Please help me to know whether this desease is curable or not. He is now 71 years.Supriya
