Is Dubagest Safe During Pregnancy?
I am in 11th week of my pregnancy and I want to travel to my hometown for a festival which is about 11hrs of travel by train.. so my doctor has advised me to take Dubagest 200mg for 3 days thats before, on and after the day of travel to avoid miscarriage. But I am worried whether to take it . Please advise.

it is a progesterone which maintains your pregnancy.
it is better not to travel in early pregnancy.
take regular antenatal visits.
