Is Duphaston Advisable While On Clomifene?

Hi. My menstrual cycle is 35-40 days. My OBGyne asked me to take duphaston for 5 days and then clomifene 2x a day from day 2 to day 6 of my menstruation. On the 2nd day of taking duphaston, i got my period. Should I continue taking duphaston even when I m taking clomifene? Today is my 2nd day of period and I m thinking if I shall take Clomifine in the morning and evening and duphaston at noon. Thank you!
