Hello,

Heavy menstruation can be due to Premarin. If you are planning for a baby or are pregnant you should not take Premarin.

Since you have irregular menstruations & PCOS get treated first. Infertility treatment requires treatment of both the partners.

Medicines are not suggested to be taken in pregnancy unless prescribed by your gynae.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
