Is Duphaston Or Duvadillan Suggested For Miscarriage?

Hello Doctor,I am 6 weeks pregnant; 36 yrs old and Im working in the airport doing 12 hour shifts. My doctor only gave me prenatal supplement and puritan"s pride bone care... Do I need to take duphaston or duvadillan to avoid miscarriage due to work?Thanks,YJ
