Hi good day... im sheila 28 fr. Philippines, itook ecg, the result is 803 sinus arrhythmia 230 right axis deviation undefined abnormal ecg is this serious? I always encounter chest pain, need to vomit sometimes due to hard to breath, numbness of my left shoulder through chest till my jaw,. En sometimes i encounter lack jaw..

Sinus arhythmia is not a thing for concern as such. It inficates variation in heart rate with breathing pattetn and is a normal phenomenon.
About right axis deviation in ecg, there are number of causes for that which also include a normal variant or sometimes even wrongly recorded ecg. Sometumes it is seen in patients with pulmonary hypertension or elevated lung pressures.
having read your query i feel what you are telling is machine report of ecg which may not always be accurate.
I would suggest you a repeat ecg reporting from an expert and a 2d echocardiography which is simple ultrasonography of heart to see for any structural abnormality.
