Is ELISA Test Reliable To Detect Presence Of HIV Infection?

hello doctor,
im from india (tamilnadu) I sex with a sex worker unprotected sex for 2 mins and after 1 hour i washed my penis with hot water and dettol after 10 days there is a small injury in my inner part of penis i tested westorn blot at 56 th day,elisa test in government hosp 63rd day,and combo ag/ab test 75th day all came negative is this conclusive r i should tested again at 84 th day. im restless pls help me.

Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to tell you that you are protected from HIV. Though there are limitation of all the tests, you have undergone many tests which came positive, you can declare yourself as non reactive for HIV. Thank you for your contact to health care magic. I understand your concern. If I am your doctor I suggest you that its confirm that you do not have HIV but each and every test has some limitation so we can't neglect some chance of HIV. But overall in my opinion you are non reactive for HIV.
