hi doctor! I am going have my embryos implanted in end of August through IVF. Once they were done in March this year and my hcg levels went down causing miscarriage. So the balance freezes embryos will be implanted this month. My 1st day of period was 6th August and my doctor has not advised any injections prior to implant. However have told to take ecosprin and endofert. I have endometriosis since past 8yrs and had gone thorough laproscopy 8months back where my fibroid, left fallopian tube was removed and cysts were still there. My right ovary had a big cyst and was displaced after surgery. Is there any chance to have the pregnancy this month naturally before implant as my cysts sizes became half from 7cm after doing yoga for 2 months. Please advise
