Is Elicia 4mg The Right Medicine For Stress And Depression?

Sir Good morning,
I am 30 years old unmarried, unemployed girl. I am getting negative thoughts with a feeling of hopelessnes and in some occasions suicidal thoughts. Presently I am using ELICIA 4mg tablet daily one before sleeping.
Kindly suggest if any better treatment.
