Is Emazen D Pills Effective For Malaria Infection?

hi doc.. i was suffering with malaria.. dr has recommended anti malaria tablet- premaquine phosphate tablet ip.. i am nt in a position to take becoz of severe pain in the stomach ,chest after taking this medicine.. so can i stop it and can take emazen D
