Is Emeset Correct For A Toddler With Fever And Vomiting, And Can It Be Given Every 4 Hours?

Hi, My child is 2.3 years old..Since yesterday night, he has fever with vomiting..he is 12 kg .. we have syrup emeset 5ml= 2 mg..i gave him 2.5 ml..is it the correct dosage gor his weight and age? Because after 2 and half hours of giving emeset 2.5ml, he vomits even if he consumes water and ors? Shall i give 4th hourly emeset?
