General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it is quite effective in reducing the frequency of loose motions. Enterogermina is an oral probiotic suspension which contains useful bacteria which over come the overgrowth of harmful bacteria due to antibiotics and hence it is given along with antibiotics to control the frequency of loose motions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
