Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your query. First of all, congratulations for having twins. Now i would like to know few more details from your side like, what is your BP?, is this your 1st pregnancy?, is there any history of abortions?, is your sugar level normal?, etc.
Now coming to epilat retard, which contains nifedipine and it is usually given to lower your BP, so if your BP is more than 140/90 mm of hg, then you must have to take these tablets to maintain it.
As you are having twins, it should be dealt with very care, because chances of preterm labour are more in case of twins and chances of all the complications are more that can happen in single pregnancy. Fortacortin, i guess it contains steoids and it is usually given after 26th week for lung maturity of your babies, incase pre term labour will be there.
So don't worry, these drugs are absolutely safe for your babies and it will in fact help your babies. Also you will have to take extra precautions like don't travel long by road, avoid heavy weight lifting, avoid sexual intercourse, take healthy and nutritious diet, do regular follow up, etc.
Hope this will help you and best wishes for your pregnancy.
