Is Eption Recommended In Case Of Injury?

I got an injury MRI suggest a blood flow but no external bleeding I am hale and healhy without any syptoms even MRA suggest no bleeding in vien/artery this is due to extenal injury Dr put me on Eption 300mg frm May 2010 how long I have to carry on this
