Is Erital LN Safe And Effective In Stabilizing BP?

I was on telma _H drug for high blood pressure for 15 years but suddenly blood pressure rode to 160/100 and so cardiologist changed it to erital LN40 twice a day but BP is still erratic and anf my KFT is 1.38 instaed of 1.2 normal for creatine which dr said may be due to high blood pressure , suggest me is erital LN 4o is safe and can there be any add on to keep the blood pressure stable
