Is Evion Mixed With Milk Good To Solve Pigmentation Problem On Skin?

Hi, am 24 year old girl, still not married? I hav pigmentation on my face since many years. I tried for many home remedies ,but it was not cured , when i consulted a dermatologist he suggested for a laser therapy, for which am not interested! One of my friend suggested to apply evion mixed with milk for good results, will that work out?????
