Hi,

Your fasting blood sugar is too high and needs immediate attention. Please go for repeat fasting sugar, 2 hr postprandial sugar, GTT and urine for ketones. Get blood HBA1C measured. It gives a reflection of your blood sugar levels in the past 6 months. You will need oral hypoglycemic agents or Insulin. Maintain ideal body weight and do dietary changes according to obesity and diabetes. Procure an abdominal ultrasound too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
