Is FSH Value Of 113 A Cause For Concern?

I m 41 has been about 4 months no menses and finally came after 4 months. Went for blood test and giben a result FSH 113. Am I confirmed menopause. For the past six months I had been overstressed and restless and irregular meals. Will these caused inaccurate blood test result?
