Is Fluconazole And Fourderm Cream The Right Treatment For Redness, Itching, And White Discharge On My Foreskin After Intercourse?

Hi doctor am moses here last month ..my wife in the last day of periods and were together..and immediately i washed my private area ..after 2 days i felt itchy and my my forskin got reddish and some white things started to appear . I am washing tiwce a day with warm water and yesterday i don t feel any itchy or pain and started u took the tablet called fluconzole 400mg and am using the crema called four dem .kindly suggest.thankyou
