Is Gabapentin Advisable For Severe Leg And Hip Cramps?
I have gabapentin which was prescribed for shingles 7/11/15. However the label says to discard after 7/11/16. Is it still good today. I am having severe leg and hip cramps and burning in my leg and hip. My orthopedic doctor says it is probably due pinched nerves in my back which has disc problems. 300 mg cap

Gabapentin can be taken for severe leg and hip cramps (provided the expiry date is not crossed when consuming ).
Additional intake of analgesic tablets, heating pad application, control of blood sugar, body weight are vital supporters.
