Is Gabapentin Along With Dilaudid Advisable For Severe Hip Pain?

HI, I AM A 68 YR. OLD WOMAN, I BROKE MY HIP IN OCT. IT IS STILL NOT HEALED, & I AM IN ALOT OF PAIN. RECENTLY I HAVE HAD HORRIBLE PAIN IN MY KNEE, & MY SHINBONE , MY SURGEN PERSCRIBED--- GABAPENTIN.. I HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY YET BECAUSE OF THE SIDE AFFECTS. I AM TAKING DYLADIN FOR PAIN, WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM IF I TAKE THEM TOGETHER,? ALSO ON XANAX, ZOLOFT , IBPROPHIN, I M AFRAID OF GETTING DIZZY , SLEEPY, ETC. I M SO AFRAID TO FALL AGAIN. DO U THINK ITS WISE TO TAKE GABAPENTIN ??? TY

The gabapentin does not interact with any of the drugs mentioned but there are other possible interactions.

The zoloft can interact with the dyladin. It increases the level of the dyladin by affecting its breakdown so there may be increased levels and effects of the dyladin.
Zoloft can also interact with ibuprofen in some cases. Both of these medications can interact together to increase each others effects.

Xanax and dyladin can act together to increase drowsiness and dizziness.

If you have been safely using these medications then there may be no need for change.
You can consider adding the gabapentin since there are no significant interactions with this particular drug
