Is Gabapentin Effective In The Treatment Of Fibromyalgia?

my 37 year old daughter has be diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. She has been under tremendous pressure from her job and from surgery for a complete hysterectomy. (March, 2016) She tried Lyrica, but experienced negative side effects. I purchased Fibrolief, a product with natural ingredients and continue to supply her with a monthly container. Fibrolief is a product from the Fibromyalgia Treatment Group. I took the information to her doctor and two additional pharmacists to insure the ingredients were safe. Is Gabapentin a better medication for her to consider? What other ideas do you recommend. She is trying to curb situations that cause tension. She takes meds to sleep. She can t wait to go to bed and sleeps on an electric blanket for relief. She drinks water and we are working on her diet. Need some ideas? Thank you, Susan Champion, YYYY@YYYY , cell: yyyyy.
