Is Gabapentin The Right Medicine For Restless Leg Syndrome?

I have restless leg syndrome and am being treated with a Neupro patch. My Dr. gave me a prescription for Gabapentin 300mg since the patch is not working as well as it used to. He also gave me Tramadol a while ago and it made me deathly sick (vomiting, etc.). Will Gabapentin have the same effect?

Gabapentin is one of the options
the studies have shown in many cases it gives a long lasting relief
