Thank you so much Doc Rynne :) .. I was just informed about the Gap diet. I would like to know your thoughts on this. Where do I find a menu & learn more about What are the health benefits .. I have just been diagnosed with Lyme and I have a titanium rod in my lower back .. the list of health issues goes on but I would appreciate all the information on the Gap diet for a healthier lifestyle…

I really appreciate your concern, the best way to keep one self is balance diet, that is low calorie, high fiber contain diet, high protein diet, little exercise, stress free life its all else doing anything beside this may not be much benefited hope this information helps.
