Is Gatiflox A Banned Drug?

Hey.. I 29 years old, my eyes are allergic to pollution which causes itching and buring in the eyes. Recently my doc has advised me to use Azithral, Gatiflox DM and Crytocycline which cetainly stopped the irritation. I used it for nearbout 2 months, but after discontinuing the medicines the same paroblem persists. Pls advice. Also now I am able to find Gatiflox in the market and somebody has told me it is banned now, is it true?
